Creation Discovery VBS 2023

Children entering Kindergarten through Grade 5 are invited to join us for for a fun week of exploring God's creation of water, sky, fish and birds!  Participants will play games, sing songs, conduct Science experiments, make crafts, and hear the Biblical account of creation. 

VBS runs 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day and the cost is $15/per child. 

Space is very limited. Fill out the below form below with your child(ren)'s information and we will email you the link to pay registration fees as space allows.

Please list any health or safety concerns regarding your child(ren). Include allergies, medical alerts, or special needs you believe would be helpful for the VBS Staff need to be aware of.

Who is permitted to pick up your child each day? Please list yourself. Children will only be released to individuals on this list.

Did a friend invite your child to VBS? If so, who? This will be used to ensure they are put in the same group.

May we take photos & videos of your child(ren)? *

Throughout the week, we will take many pictures, video, and potentially audio to create a souvenir magnet & DVD for each child. However, we respect your desire to not have your child participate in this. By checking yes, you give permission for us to take, use, and publish any and all images, photographs, video, audio, and other likeness of the participant for all media and forms.

I hereby release FBC, its employees & volunteers from any and all liability from injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur during the course of VBS. In the event that he/she is injured and requires the attention of a doctor, I consent to any reasonable medical treatment as deemed necessary by a physician. In the event that treatment is required from medical personnel designated by the Church, I agree to hold such person free and harmless of any claims, demands, or suits for damages arising from the giving of such consent. I also acknowledge that I will be ultimately responsible for the cost of any medical care should the cost of not be reimbursed by BC Healthcare.
