Romans 11:28-36
God's Sovereignty Over Evil

The Apostle Paul cries out in Romans 9 that he wishes he were cursed and cut off from God if it means the salvation of his fellow Jews. He repeats this same soul-aching cry again in Romans 10, saying that his prayer is that somehow the Jews may be saved. But now Paul comes to the end of Romans 11 and acknowledges that God has hardened Israel. Yet in these hardened and sinful hearts God is still at work, and God is still sovereign. Indeed, God is sovereign over evil. It's a profound mystery but it is meant by God to lead to worship. Learn more as Pastor Josh walks through Romans 11:28-36.
