The whole world longs for eternity. Though there are many who deny it or refuse it, the whole world longs for life beyond the grave. This yearning for eternal life is what is written all over the ancient Egyptian Pyramids. It is recorded in the cuneiform writings of the Ancient Near East. It is the reason why the Native American was buried with his bow and arrows, so that he might arrive some day at that eternal happy hunting ground. It is the reason the Gaelic Warrior was entombed with his armor strapped on. Everyone longs for eternity, everyone! But there is only one hope for having that life, and that is through Jesus.
